If you decide not to choose one of our kittens, we strongly advise verifying the cattery from which you plan to purchase. Requesting verification of the breeding pairs (kings and queens) can help you avoid potential scams, as there are unfortunately many fraudulent breeders operating in the Maine Coon community.

Scammers often lure buyers with low prices, typically ranging from $500 to $1200. These individuals may not be legitimate breeders and may not adhere to responsible breeding practices. Additionally, backyard breeders who do not provide proper documentation or conduct necessary health testing on their breeding pairs may also offer kittens at a lower cost. 

Purchasing from these sources can result in unforeseen issues as your kitten grows. You might find that you do not have a purebred Maine Coon, or your kitten could develop genetic health conditions due to poor breeding practices.

 Maine Coon cats are know for their slow maturation process, often taking between 3 to 5 years to reach their full size and development. This gradual growth means that the early weeks of a kitten's life are crucial for their socialization and overall well-being.

To ensure that our Maine Coon kittens are fully prepared for their new homes, we adhere to a strict guideline: kittens should ideally remain with their mother and littermates for a minimum of 12 weeks. During this vital period, they learn essential life skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Staying with their mother and littermates allows our kittens to develop important social behaviors, including how to interact with other cats and humans. They learn to navigate household environments, share resources, and establish their place within a social hierarchy. This foundational experience is critical for fostering well-adjusted, confident cats that adapt seamlessly to their new families.

By the time our Maine Coon kittens are ready to leave for their forever homes at 12 weeks, they are not only well-socialized but also equipped with the skills they'll need to thrive in their new surroundings. We take great care to ensure that each kitten is confident, playful, and ready to bond with their new family, making the transition as smooth as possible.

 Yes, pre-scheduled visits can be arranged for a specific kitten, but there are a few important guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our kittens:

1. Deposit Requirement: A full deposit must already be in place for the kitten you wish to visit.

2. Age and Vaccination: The kitten must be at least 9 weeks old and have received its first set of vaccinations prior to any in-home visits.

3. Biohazard Security: We take biohazard security very seriously and must protect our kittens from potential exposure to diseases that could be unknowingly carried in on hands, feet, clothing, and other items. This is why we limit visits to only those who have a deposit in place and ensure that the kitten is adequately vaccinated.

 If you see a kitten that piques your interest, we encourage you to reach out to us! Simply contact us through our website, and we will respond promptly to ensure your email doesn’t get lost in the shuffle.

Once you express interest in a specific kitten, we will confirm its availability and send you our purchase contract. If the kitten is indeed available, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 to hold the chosen kitten. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the kitten. We will send  you a Weblink to make payment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If a health issue is identified by a veterinarian, or if the kitten is injured while in our care, the deposit will be fully refundable. Alternatively, you can choose to apply the deposit toward another available kitten or one from a future litter.

The remaining balance can be settled at the time of kitten pickup. We strive to make the purchasing process as smooth and transparent as possible, ensuring that you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

 At this time, we do not offer breeding rights for our kittens. Our focus is on responsible breeding practices and ensuring that our Maine Coon cats are placed in loving homes where they can be cherished as family pets.

 At this time, we do Require you to get your Kitten Spayed or Neutered by a certain date, that will be specified in your contract. Once we have the Proof this has happened we will send you the paper work to register your Kitten!

 We do occasionally have a waiting list for specific litters. If you have a particular kitten in mind—whether it's a specific color, a polydactyl (poly paw) kitten, or any other preference—please feel free to contact us! We would be happy to discuss your preferences and add you to our waiting list if one is in place.

When a waiting list is active, we prioritize inquiries in the order they are received. However, if there is no waiting list for a specific litter, kittens will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
